About the author

Alfredo Enrione is founder and director of the Center for Corporate Governance and Society at ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes (Chile). He has led PADE, the school's flagship CEO program, for 27 years, and published in MIT Sloan Management Review, American Behavioral Scientist, and Organizational Dynamics. Visiting professor at Stanford, Harvard, UCLA, and IESE.

Trusted advisor to several business families across Latin America. Has served as independent director in several of their operating companies, and currently serves on the board of a family office. Contributor to the Handbook of Artificial Intelligence and Strategy, Edward Elgar Publishing (eds. Csaszar & Jia).
